We are a small bookkeeping firm with 6 staff in Melbourne, specialising in small to medium-size businesses, our clients range from medium-size real estate agencies with 30 + staff, to franchise operations. We take care of all the trust account and general bookkeeping requirements of these companies. We have a special need of bilingual staff requirement, as some of our clients are more comfortable in Chinese communication.
What does My Team Stars (MYTS) do for you?

Their staff supports our existing team within Australia (e.g. daily receipting, entering invoices and contacting suppliers). The staff comes with 3 months of MYTS training, coupled with their existing work experience, which enables us to have the services of a qualified staff member at a fraction of the cost of a comparable Australian team member.

After 2-month integration, we are progressing with additional and more complex work, including zero reconciliation and tax returns.
What is your relationship with My Team Stars?

We began our relationship with MYTS in January 2021, starting with 1 staff member, 2nd team member was added in April, and our 3rd ‘team stars’ was added in August. All 3 staff are bilingual and 2 of them have Australian University bachelor’s degree. MYTS was able to accommodate our need on short notice and sourcing a suitable person to fill our requirement. I have full confidence in their ability to look after us and grow our business.
What is the biggest improvement the My Team Stars service has made to your business

The MYTS team is integrating well with our existing Australian operations, it has freed up our time to handle the extra pressure during COVID. Due to cost constraints, we pushed our existing staff to work additional hours beyond capacity to maintain client relations. With the extra team members, we now have embraced the growth of our business and extra clients, and providing a more comprehensive service to our existing clients.

LJ Hooker City Residential is one of the leading real estate agencies, located in the heart of Melbourne City, servicing within the Melbourne City, Southbank, Docklands, St Kilda Rd, and surrounding suburbs. We have a team with 10 staff that has been carefully selected for their extensive skills and knowledge in the real estate industry, aiming to provide outstanding service and achieve results that exceeding our client’s expectations. We have a diverse base of clients and a special need for bilingual staff, as some of our clients can only understand Chinese.
What does My Team Stars (MYTS) do for you?

Their staff assists our existing rental management team within Australia, and their daily job includes handling phones calls, assisting our properties managers with administration work in rental application reference check, prepare leases/move-in reports/vacating reports. Due to the COVID-19 restriction, and with a reduction in staff attending our office physically, we have utilised MY Team Stars to provide us with an oversea support staff.
